Parking Management
On this page

Vehicle entry, zone allocation, and exit control run to a written SOP, not a guard's judgment on the day. Staffed by the same trained personnel who run your security, so it's one gate operation, not two.
Zones We Manage
| Zone | How It Is Controlled |
|---|---|
| Executive & staff | Assigned bays, permit checked at entry |
| Visitor | Checked against hangtag or digital registration |
| Accessible | Reserved and monitored for misuse |
| EV charging | Reserved for vehicles actively charging |
| Loading bays | Reserved for delivery vehicles, turnover managed |
Entry & Access Control
- Vehicles checked for a valid permit, hangtag, or digital registration at entry
- Visitors report to security or a kiosk for a temporary pass
- Gate sensors calibrated to stop a second vehicle tailgating in on one badge swipe
On-Site Rules We Enforce
- 10 km/h speed limit across the property
- Reverse-in parking required at higher-risk and industrial sites, for a quicker exit in an emergency
- No vehicle idling for more than 3 minutes, to protect air quality and cut noise
- No double parking, even during peak hours; violators are towed or wheel-clamped
- Bays marked white for standard parking, yellow for no-parking zones and fire lanes
One Team, Not Two
- Staffed by the same guards deployed under Security Guard Services
- No separate hiring, training, or management for parking
- A single point of accountability for both the gate and the lot
