How We Plan Staffing
- Manpower sized against expected footfall, not a fixed headcount
- Skilled roles, crowd control, access screening, set at the planning stage
- Direct coordination with venue security, medical, and logistics teams
- Staff briefed on venue layout and plan before the event
On the Day
- Uniforms and ID badges issued before deployment
- Role-specific instructions so staff know their post
- Entry points, crowd flow, and emergency routes handled as one plan
Staffing & Compliance
- Event staff engaged under a signed appointment letter, same as our permanent site staff
- Attendance and shift logs maintained for every deployment
- Wages, PF, and ESI contributions handled under statutory compliance, not left informal
