On recruitment, every worker gets

• A signed appointment letter
• Signed terms and conditions
• A company photo ID card
• An attendance register and slip, signed by the worker

Registers we maintain on an ongoing basis

• Wages register
• Wage slips
• PF contribution challans
• ESI contribution challans

Statutory acts we comply with

Minimum Wages Act, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, ESIC regulations, Payment of Bonus Act, and any other applicable Haryana government regulation. Vital carries sole responsibility for any statutory payment due to its employees under these acts for the life of a contract.
